Robert and I ran a publicity stand at Redditch Library on 20 January as part of their History Celebration Morning. A number of other societies also had stands, including Redditch History Society, Redditch Local History Museum, Redditch Home Guard Re-enactors, Moons Moat Conservation Group, Wythall Transport Museum, and Worcestershire Archaeological Society. Elsewhere in the library, a 45-minute documentary film on Redditch in 1957 was being shown all day. The event seemed very popular with the public and we had a steady stream of interested visitors to our stand.
