This is to mark our 30 years of existence as a society. We will meet outside in the glorious sunshine. There is large car park. They will not reserve any tables on the patio or in the garden, so it is first come can stake squatters’ rights. However, as a precaution I have booked their private dining room inside, but it is up a flight of stairs.

Rachel and her team at the Plough and Harrow have informed me that on Tuesday 21 July at 1900 they are hosting Old Meg Morris for the first time, and they will be accompanied by the Appleyard Traditional Dancers. There is no need to book. Enjoy the entertainment and case the joint for our meeting in August, without the Morris Dancers!
