Gloucestershire Heritage Hub is in Alvin Street, Gloucester. Home to Gloucestershire Archives, the building also provides a base for Gloucestershire Family History Society. On Saturday 6 September Robert and I joined them and several other societies for the annual Family History Fair. Bristol & Avon FHS, Somerset & Dorset FHS and the Wiltshire FHS were all represented as was the Guild of One-Name Studies, Victoria County History and the Historical Assocation. There were talks, ‘Behind the Scenes’ tours of the Archives and various displays.
