We love getting messages and queries from people and always try and reply within a day or so. As we are all volunteers, we can’t necessarily reply immediately but we do our best!

However, sometimes we can’t reply because people have put in the wrong email address and the reply bounces. We have had a couple of instances of this lately.

When you use the contact form, you should get a copy of the query you’ve submitted. If you don’t, it may be that your email address was incorrectly typed. Similarly, if you don’t get a reply within two or three days, do please nag us, just in case.
